Vivian Graham

It started in 1980 when left the Army to become a civilian and got a job refueling aircraft which I loved and learnt so much from my instructors and Depot Manager, a Scottish Gentleman by the name of John Grant and Irishman Derek O’Toole. I moved into Sales and Marketing and seemed to excel and then moved into the position of Depot Manager with Logistics and Distribution, where I achieved “Depot Efficiency Award” as well as having a driver win the BP International Driving Contest held in Cape Town in 1996.

I became the Driver Champion for the Driving Safety Standard in Zimbabwe whereby I facilitated meetings around the country at all the depots which delivered fuel to customer sites. I was recalled to the Aviation Dept. and took on the role of HSES Trainer and Depot Operation Coordinator. In 2000 I moved to Retail as the Regional HSES Manager looking after Zimbabwe, Malawi, Tanzania and Zambia. During this time in Retail I was called upon to be the Lead Root Cause Investigator of 3 serious incidents, one having a fatality. In 2004 I moved to the Middle East and took on the Role as air bp HSES Manager and a year later became a Product Quality Inspector for the Middle East Region.

I have spent 27 years in Africa and 13 years in the Middle East giving me over 40 years of experience within the great Aviation, oil and gas industry. I now offer my skills and experience as a consultant and I am confident I have the talent and experience to help you with a training program to suit your company requirements and beyond.

I enjoy sporting activities such as golf, cricket, rugby, tennis and badminton to name a few.
